Refund policy
At Phulka Foods, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic flours. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Strictly Sealed: The product must be unopened, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding organic food products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any flour bags that have been opened, punctured, or if the seal is broken.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at phulkafoods@gmail.com.
Damages and Quality Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if:

The packaging is damaged (torn bags or broken seals).

The product is defective (e.g., signs of moisture or spoilage).

You received the wrong item (e.g., received Gluten-Free instead of Multi-Grain).
Please provide photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items While we stand by the quality of our Multi-grain, Sugar-free, and Gluten-free flours, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

Opened Products: Any food item that has been opened or partially used.

Improper Storage: Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to moisture or heat) after delivery.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is sealed). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm the bag is unopened. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
