What is Phulka?
Phulka Foods is a Pakistani food brand from Thall Chowk, Layyah, in Punjab. We make 9-grain Multigrain Atta, pure Cow and Premium Buffalo Desi Ghee, and chia, flax (alsi) and pumpkin seeds, and we deliver them across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.
What is in Phulka Multigrain Atta, and what does it cost?
Nine grains and seeds milled together: wheat, barley (jau), millet (bajra), sorghum (jowar), oats, black chickpeas (kala chana), flaxseed (alsi), quinoa and moringa. It has 14.2 g protein per 100 g and no maida. A 5 kg bag is Rs 2,500, and the 2 × 5 kg Family Pack is Rs 4,800.
Do multigrain rotis turn out soft?
Yes. Phulka atta is milled for easy rolling. Knead it like your usual atta, rest the dough for 10 to 15 minutes, and cook on a hot tawa for soft, puffed rotis.
What is the difference between cow and buffalo desi ghee?
Both are 100% milk fat with no preservatives and no added colour. Cow desi ghee is golden, lighter and more aromatic, and many families use it daily and for children. Buffalo desi ghee is naturally white, richer and creamier, and is loved for parathas, halwa and festive cooking.
How do I know Phulka desi ghee is pure?
It is made from makhan, not cream or vegetable oil, and contains only milk fat: no vanaspati, palm oil, preservatives or colour. Pure desi ghee melts quickly on a warm spoon, smells of makhan, and sets with a grainy (daanedaar) texture in cooler weather.
Which seeds should I buy: chia, flax or pumpkin?
Each does a different job. Chia is highest in fiber and keeps you full. Flax (alsi) is a plant source of omega-3 and works well kneaded into atta. Pumpkin seeds are highest in protein and make a crunchy snack. The Seeds Trio gives you all three for Rs 3,299, Rs 498 less than buying them separately.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. Below that, the charge depends on your parcel weight and your city, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm. We deliver across Pakistan, usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Every order can be paid in cash when the parcel reaches you. We call or message on WhatsApp to confirm your order before it ships.
Is multigrain atta good for diabetes or weight loss?
Many sugar-conscious and weight-conscious households choose Phulka because it is a whole-grain blend with barley, oats and millet rather than plain wheat. It is a food, not a treatment. If you have diabetes or another condition, follow your doctor's dietary advice.
