How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. Below that, the charge depends on your parcel weight and your city, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm. We deliver across Pakistan, usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Every order can be paid in cash when the parcel reaches you. We call or message on WhatsApp to confirm your order before it ships.
Which bundle should I choose?
For a family switching to a healthier kitchen, the Healthy Kitchen Box gives you a month of atta, a 1 kg jar of desi ghee and all three seeds in one parcel. Choose the Premium box if your family prefers buffalo ghee. If you only need atta and ghee, the Atta and Desi Ghee combos are the simplest start.
Can I swap an item in a bundle?
Bundles are packed as listed. For a different mix, add the items you want to your cart one by one, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Should I choose cow or buffalo desi ghee?
Cow desi ghee is golden, lighter and more aromatic, good for daily cooking and children. Buffalo desi ghee is naturally white, richer and creamier, good for parathas, halwa and festive dishes. Both are 100% milk fat with no preservatives.
Are Phulka products halal?
Yes. Phulka is halal certified, and every product is made or packed by Phulka Foods in Thall Chowk, Layyah, Punjab.
How should I store atta, ghee and seeds?
Keep all three in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Close the atta bag tightly after use, use a clean dry spoon for ghee (it does not need refrigeration), and reseal seed pouches after every use.

Multigrain atta
Phulka Multigrain Atta is a 9-grain flour of wheat, barley, millet, sorghum, oats, black chickpeas, flaxseed, quinoa and moringa, with 14.2 g protein per 100 g and no maida. It makes soft rotis, chapatis and parathas with your usual kneading.
Pure desi ghee
Phulka desi ghee is made from makhan in small batches: milk to dahi, dahi to makhan, makhan to ghee. Choose golden Cow Desi Ghee or naturally white Premium Buffalo Desi Ghee, in 500 g and 1 kg jars or 2 × 1 kg twin packs.
Chia, flax and pumpkin seeds
Phulka seeds come in 250 g resealable pouches: chia seeds for fiber, flax seeds (alsi) for plant omega-3, and shelled pumpkin seed kernels (kaddu ke beej) for protein.
