Shipping policy

1. Service Area We ship our organic products to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major metro city or a smaller town, we ensure your flour reaches you fresh.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days nationwide.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost depends on the total weight of the flour ordered and your specific delivery location within Pakistan.

4. Payment Policy (COD & Advance Payments) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, subject to the following limits:

  • Orders up to Rs. 10,000: You can choose Cash on Delivery. You must pay the exact amount printed on the invoice to the courier rider upon delivery.

  • Orders above Rs. 10,000: For any order exceeding Rs. 10,000, Cash on Delivery is NOT available for the full amount.

    • You are required to deposit 50% of the total order value in advance.

    • The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash on Delivery when the rider delivers your parcel.

5. Order Verification To ensure timely delivery, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details before dispatching, especially for new customers or high-value orders. Please ensure your mobile number is active.

6. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification (via Email or SMS) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

7. Damages and Issues Phulka Foods is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged (e.g., the flour bag is torn or the seal is broken), please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the courier and assist you.

8. Incomplete Address / Unreachable Phone Please ensure your shipping address is complete (House #, Street #, Mohalla/Sector, City) and your phone number is correct. If the courier cannot find your address or contact you after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-shipping a returned parcel may incur an additional shipping fee.
